Juan Ruan

Juan Ruan was no stranger to heard work. “Seeing my parents run a traditional business working 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week, I knew that sacrifice and hard work were essential to having a better quality of life.” When Juan first was introduced to The Dynasty organization, he was a full time student studying mechanical engineering and working 40+ hours a week with two jobs. “Although I was not looking for any opportunities at the time, I knew that having an open mind to learn was essential if I wanted to fulfill my goal of helping my parents financially to retire,” he says. “I didn’t have any experience in a home-based business, but I was willing to be a student to my mentors and growing personally.” At 21, Juan became one of the youngest Team Coordinators in The Dynasty organization when he was promoted in 2015. From starting his business in San Diego, Juan has expanded into Northern CA where he currently resides and is growing an international business. “The Dynasty has given me priceless business and life skills along with the freedom to design my own schedule and life. I am so grateful for now far we have come, but more excited about how many people we can impact.”
